The Real Challenge: Sustaining the Spiritual State

Out of ten who embark, only two persevere. The problem lies not in beginning or ending, but in sustaining the spiritual state. In yogic terms, your ida and pingala energies may flow, but the challenge lies in stabilizing the shushumna energy.

Your Brahma and Shiva aspects may be revealed, but the difficulty lies in establishing the Vishnu principle, which represents stability, stillness, and balance. Vishnu is the state of being that maintains equilibrium amidst chaos.

Krishna, standing in the midst of the battlefield, exemplifies this state. To attain this, you must cultivate the art of stillness, not rushing towards the ultimate goal. Understand the flow, recognize Vishnu, and realize Krishna.

Don’t hurry towards the final destination. Instead, learn to appreciate the journey, and you’ll discover that you don’t need to go anywhere. You just need to master the art of stillness, and the rest will unfold naturally.

The sustainability of your spiritual state is what matters, not just the beginning or end. It’s the middle path, the state of balance and equilibrium, that holds the key to true spiritual growth.
